The City of St. Paul has received federal funds to assist households that have suffered financially from the pandemic. The assistance provides a one-time financial payment to St. Paul city residents who have experienced a loss of income, reduced work hours, unemployment, or increased household expenses as a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
It is NOT designed to assist individuals who were not financially impacted by the pandemic.
The program will start September 21, 2020 and the deadline to submit an application for assistance is October 31, 2020. Applications may be obtained by contacting the City of St. Paul. All applications will be reviewed, and the City Council will approve or deny assistance. All funds are available on a first come-first serve basis.
